Summer intensive courses for young people/individual promotion in integration courses.
People who are not able to sign up for integration courses may attend courses under the Administrative Regulation (VwV) German.
The state of Baden-Württemberg and the city of Karlsruhe fund the VwV courses.
1. Summer courses for teenagers and young adults at the transition from school to vocational training
German courses with certified final exams B1 or higher for teenagers and young adults (aged 15 and over) with good knowledge of language level A2 or higher.
July 15 to August 23, 2024
Summer intensive courses with a total of 150 teaching units are held during the summer vacations (approximately five to six weeks).

2. The promotion of people who are disqualified for integration courses
This help is intended for all immigrants who do not have or do not yet have access to integration courses and are not in imminent danger of deportation.
Registration
- To register for a VwV course, please send us the original, completed and signed application form
- A copy of your residence permit (in the form of a residence permit, a temporary residence permit, a toleration permit or, in the case of EU citizens, an identity card)
