Learn­ing Ger­man through Play

With the project Learn­ing Ger­man through Play the Land­mannschaft der Deutschen aus Rus­s­land e.V. sup­ports Ukrain­ian chil­dren not only with the lan­guage but also with their inte­gra­tion into society.

We not only offer the chil­dren lan­guage devel­op­ment through play, but also orga­nize leisure activ­i­ties dur­ing the vaca­tions. At our club events, excur­sions, muse­um vis­its and cin­e­ma trips, the chil­dren make new friends, learn about the his­to­ry and cul­ture of the coun­try and pre­pare them­selves for a good tran­si­tion into reg­u­lar kinder­garten and school life.

The Lands­man­nschaft der Deutschen aus Rus­s­land e.V. is one of the first asso­ci­a­tions in Karl­sruhe to ded­i­cate itself to sup­port­ing Ukrain­ian chil­dren and in April 2022 launched an out­stand­ing project to help them inte­grate into our soci­ety and pro­mote their integration.
