Dig­i­tal ser­vices of the Inter­na­tion­al Online Library

The inter­na­tion­al online library of the city Karl­sruhe offers sev­er­al free dig­i­tal ser­vices in dif­fer­ent lan­guages, which can be used with a library card. So you can use it any­time, anywhere.

💡All dig­i­tal ser­vices can be used with a valid library card. To log in, you need your user num­ber (12-dig­it num­ber on your library card) and your pass­word (assigned by default dur­ing reg­is­tra­tion: Your date of birth, eight dig­its in the for­mat DDMMYYYY).

Press­Read­er

More than 7,000 news­pa­pers and mag­a­zines in over 60 lan­guages are avail­able on Press­Read­er. From Afrikaans to Kaza­kh and Roman­ian to Zulu — the selec­tion of dig­i­tal print media is huge. Also avail­able as a “Press­Read­er” app.

E‑books and e‑audios in Eng­lish, French, Ital­ian, Span­ish and Ukrain­ian for adults and teenagers. The “Lib­by” app is avail­able for mobile use.
