TRIA ⁝PHON was found­ed in 2017 by a male and female doc­tor to close a cru­cial gap in the med­ical care sys­tem by pro­vid­ing instant lan­guage medi­a­tion by telephone.
This usu­al­ly involves short or unsched­uled con­ver­sa­tions in acute and basic med­ical communication.
Data pro­tec­tion and anonymi­ty are express­ly guaranteed.
A pilot project of the Health and Migra­tion Office in coop­er­a­tion with TRIA ⁝PHON. For prac­tices in the city and dis­trict of Karl­sruhe until the end of 2025 for the time being.
