The “Direk­te­in­stieg Kita” qual­i­fi­ca­tion pro­gram is your oppor­tu­ni­ty for a career change.

The “Direk­te­in­stieg Kita” pro­gram offers short­ened and prac­tice-ori­ent­ed train­ing to become a social ped­a­gog­i­cal assistant.
The pro­gram is aimed at those in employ­ment, those return­ing to work and the unemployed.

As a social ped­a­gog­i­cal assis­tant, you will sup­port the edu­ca­tion, upbring­ing and care of chil­dren in day­care centers.
On this day, you will have the oppor­tu­ni­ty to get advice on site and get to know employ­ers and schools in the region.
