Coun­tries Peo­ple Del­i­ca­cies — How Spain Cooks!

Span­ish evening with music
Par­tic­i­pa­tion fee 25,- €

You will pre­pare del­i­ca­cies of the Iber­ian cui­sine in a small group and under expert guid­ance. Among oth­er things, you will pre­pare Span­ish tor­tilla, a tra­di­tion­al coci­do madrileño (chick­pea stew with veg­eta­bles and meat). From 19 o’clock you will then serve your menu to the “guests”. While eat­ing togeth­er, you will get to talk with each oth­er and enjoy Span­ish singing and gui­tar music by the duo Miguel y compañero.

This is the fourth event in a series of KochKul­turEvents. The focus is always on a con­ti­nent with a region/country with its culi­nary del­i­ca­cies, music and cul­ture. If you would like to get a lit­tle insight into the cul­ture of Spain in advance, then you will have the oppor­tu­ni­ty to do so at a lec­ture on the Siglo de Oro. Be curious!
