Coun­sel­ing on the Ger­man health system

Coun­sel­ing on the Ger­man health sys­tem is the new ser­vice offered  by the asso­ci­a­tion Fre­unde für Fremde e.V. in Karl­sruhe.

Here, peo­ple have the oppor­tu­ni­ty to receive quick and com­pe­tent help in health matters.

“For many, the health care sys­tem in Ger­many is new and dif­fi­cult to under­stand. For this rea­son, this is a new offer from our asso­ci­a­tion, which is aimed at our tar­get group of peo­ple with a migra­tion back­ground, but of course cit­i­zens of Karl­sruhe are not turned away,” says Mar­i­on Schuchardt, chair­woman of the association.

There will be no med­ical treat­ment, but answers to the fol­low­ing ques­tions will be given:

• Ques­tions about the health care system
• Which doc­tors are respon­si­ble for what?
• How do I find the right doctor?
