Ser­vices for young adults up to the age of 27

If you have expe­ri­enced or are still expe­ri­enc­ing sex­u­al assault, sex­u­al vio­lence or abuse, we offer you our advice and support.
We know that many peo­ple find it dif­fi­cult to come to the coun­sel­ing cen­ter at first. Some­times feel­ings of fear, shame and inse­cu­ri­ty are asso­ci­at­ed with this.
But there is also the hope of find­ing under­stand­ing and support.

We usu­al­ly arrange a per­son­al appoint­ment for the coun­sel­ing ses­sions at the coun­sel­ing cen­ter. You are wel­come to bring a trust­ed per­son with you for support.

📞 Tele­phone or video-based coun­sel­ing is also pos­si­ble. Coun­sel­ing can also take place anony­mous­ly, with­out you giv­ing your own name.
