We — the Wel­come Cen­ter Tech­nolo­gieRe­gion Karl­sruhe - advise inter­na­tion­al pro­fes­sion­als and young pro­fes­sion­als who want to work and live in the TechnologieRegion.

Do you have pro­fes­sion­al qual­i­fi­ca­tions? Would you like to learn a pro­fes­sion? Are you look­ing for a job that match­es your qual­i­fi­ca­tions? We will inform you about the require­ments of the region­al train­ing and job mar­ket and the appli­ca­tion process. In addi­tion, we are avail­able to assist you and your fam­i­ly mem­bers with many ques­tions about arriv­ing and set­tling in our region. From A for res­i­dence per­mit to Z for home.

We are a cen­tral con­tact point with a pilot func­tion, which means that we work close­ly net­worked with many local, region­al and inter­na­tion­al actors (coun­sel­ing cen­ters, ser­vice insti­tu­tions, author­i­ties, asso­ci­a­tions). Since we are financed by the Min­istry of Eco­nom­ics, Labor and Tourism Baden-Würt­tem­berg, among oth­ers, all our ser­vices are free of charge.
We are hap­py to pro­vide free con­sul­ta­tion by phone, vir­tu­al­ly, by e‑mail or at the Wel­come Center.
