vhs — Adult Edu­ca­tion Cen­tre Karlsruhe

The vhs Karl­sruhe is the largest edu­ca­tion­al insti­tu­tion for gen­er­al edu­ca­tion top­ics and fam­i­ly and, as the largest lan­guage school in the region, also con­ducts the most Ger­man cours­es. An exten­sive inte­gra­tion pro­gram in the areas of cul­ture and work expands the actu­al Ger­man learn­ing pro­gram. In addi­tion to the core vhs, we oper­ate a school for adults with an evening school and evening high school as well as the annu­al course as prepa­ra­tion for the exter­nal sec­ondary school leav­ing exam­i­na­tion. It is impor­tant to us that these school-leav­ing cer­tifi­cates are per­me­able through flank­ing bridge and sup­port cours­es from the Ger­man course to a school-leav­ing cer­tifi­cate to voca­tion­al ori­en­ta­tion and qual­i­fi­ca­tion modules.
